Vietnam ERA Officially Commences Production, Marking a Further Step in the Company's Globalization
On October 28th, the opening ceremony of ERA Pipeline Vietnam Co., Ltd. was grandly held. This marks the official commissioning of the company's fifth overseas manufacturing/operation base, representing a further step in
ERA's global expansion.

Mr. Zhang Jianjun, Founder and Chairman of the Board of ERA Group, along with Mr. Van Nguyen Minh Triet, Deputy Director of Duc Hoa Customs, Mr. Nguyen Tan Diep, Deputy Manager of Tan Du Industrial Park, as
well as representatives from Chinese industry associations and outstanding enterprises, jointly attended the ceremony and cut the ribbon for the inauguration of Vietnam ERA, witnessing this important moment together.

During the opening ceremony, Ms. Zhang Hangyuan, Deputy General Manager of ERA Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Zhejiang ERA, delivered a speech on behalf of ERA Co., Ltd. She welcomed the leaders and guests
present, congratulated the smooth commissioning of Vietnam ERA, and expressed sincere gratitude to leaders from all sectors and company colleagues who supported and cared for the preparation of Vietnam ERA.
Ms. Zhang Hangyuan noted that Vietnam ERA represents the Group's profound insight into and strategic layout for the global market, marking a solid step forward on the company's internationalization path. The official
commissioning is not just about the completion of a factory, but also a solemn commitment to customers, a deep exploration of the industry's future, and a demonstration of the responsibility of Chinese enterprises and brands
to showcase their strength. She expressed hope that this commissioning would serve as an opportunity to further enhance ERA's global competitiveness and create value and share happiness with employees, partners, and the public.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Diep, Deputy Manager of Tan Du Industrial Park, expressed his congratulations on the opening and commissioning of Vietnam ERA in his address. He stated that Vietnam, as a dynamic and important economy in
ASEAN, is in a golden period of rapid industrialization and urbanization, with broad prospects and great potential. ERA's decision to take root in this land fully reflects the strategic vision and pioneering spirit of ERA's leadership.
He sincerely wished ERA great success and long-term prosperity.
Currently, overseas expansion for Chinese companies is no longer simply about market expansion but represents a strategic leap from "exporting products" to "exporting production capacity." Located in Tan Du Industrial Park in
Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam ERA covers an area of over 10,000 square meters, with a phase-one designed production capacity exceeding 4,000 tons. The park plans to accommodate over 50 production lines, covering manufacturing
processes such as injection molding, extrusion, and assembly, including the full range of products like CPVC, PVC pipes, fittings, and valves, serving applications in municipal, construction, home decoration, industrial, and agricultural fields.
ERA's First Overseas "Smart Factory" for Pipeline Manufacturing
As ERA's first overseas "smart factory" for pipeline manufacturing, Vietnam ERA represents a new starting point and practice for the company's exploration of "offshore smart manufacturing." Through standardized overall design,
introduction of automated equipment, lean production management, and intensive energy supply, it achieves high-quality operation across the entire product line and industry chain.

Over 300 sets of advanced automation equipment, including KraussMaffei extruders, automatic water, electricity, and material supply systems, four-axis robotic arms, and automatic ball valve inserters, enhance quality through intelligence,
continuously accumulating new productive forces. Concurrently, the establishment of the ERA (Vietnam) Overseas Research Institute facilitates localized and personalized product R&D, covers full-process and full-cycle quality inspection,
and continuously releases technological innovation momentum.

China and Vietnam, sharing mountains and rivers, enjoy political trust, cultural ties, and a shared future. Particularly under the framework of the "Belt and Road" Initiative, this provides fertile ground for Chinese enterprises to establish
themselves in Vietnam. From the project launch in June last year, to equipment arrival and obtaining its business license in June this year, and now to its official operation, ERA's global footprint has been refreshed once again.
Vietnam ERA will also become an important manufacturing base and export hub for deepening its presence in Southeast Asia and radiating to the Americas market. It will provide strong support for the Group to improve its global production
capacity layout, enhance global delivery capabilities, reduce export operating costs, and withstand trade friction risks.

Following the ceremony, delegates jointly visited the intelligent workshop, R&D and testing center, and product showroom, and held discussions.
